Identification Needed
If you are personally known to the Commissioner or can be identified to a commissioner by a person who she knows then no ID is required.
Otherwise the following must be produced to the commissioner.
- A Valid Irish Passport or a Passport from any other country recognised by the Irish Government.
- A Valid National Identity Card from an EU Member state.
- A Valid refugee travel document issued by the Minister for Justice.The Document may be completed in advance but should not be signed nor should the Jurat at the end of the document be completed before coming to see the Commissioner for Oaths.
